It was an excellent experience, and Ramji really went out of his way to help us have a god holiday. He provided good recommendations on what sights to see, took us on a short walking tour through Old Delhi, and helped us track down SIM cards (harder than you might think), and was very flexible and accommodating with our group. His English is very good and communication was very easy. He even invited us to his family's house for dinner, which was a lovely experience, and great opportunity to meet local people. Ramji is a very safe driver, and despite the chaos of Indian roads, we always felt secure. I would definitely recommend United Tours India for anyone considering a holiday in India.

Since i was the only client that day, we spent a lot of time together. He understands English very well and we had lots of laughs. Not only did I learn about the Taj Mahal, but Indian culture and history. I was impressed with his knowledge of the area. I asked a lot questions, about his background, family, Hindi, and of course the Taj. As we crossed the countryside he pointed out the farms and what they were growing. Mustard, potatoes, and wheat. Tina H - Day trip to see a wonder of the worldBooked the tour about a week from arrival. Ramji has great communication and answered my questions promptly. We started with a pick up from our hotel near the airport. We drove the 3 hrs with a bathroom break halfway where we saw monkeys, and then picked up our guide Yunus in Agra who had over 30 years of tour experience. He took us up to the Taj Mahal, expertly explaining the designing and history, was our photographer, and kept us informed of local tourist traps. We then rejoined Ramji and were wisked away to see how the Taj was built by the local stone artisans at a local company/store and also visited a Tuisian rug making company/store to see how the handicraft is created. Both of these offered shopping opportunities. Then we returned about 12 hours later back at the hotel. Great tour and was impressed by the fluidity of keeping the tour moving but also giving us time to appreciate the artisans and the Taj, and the professionism of both Ramji and Yunus.

The vehicle is a very clean and comfortable Toyota Crysta. Ramji provides wifi, waters, and rest stops (Starbucks) as needed during the drive to Agra. His tour guide, Eunos (spelling?), meets up with you once in Agra and helps you get through ticketing and security for the Taj quickly and smoothly. He advises you on how to maximize your viewing of the monument while avoiding unnecessary waiting in line with crowds. He will help you take a few “staged” photos of the Taj and also helps you find great photo spots away from the main crowd. Lastly, they (Ramji and Eunos) will take you to 2 artisan co-ops (marble carving/inlay & Persian-style carpet making). Then, you depart Agra to return to Delhi with rest stops and refreshments as needed. Great day trip. I highly recommend Ramji!

All in all about a 12 hr day but was worth it and would recommend !

Ramji set up everything for us thru What App communication, which was very convenient. Every question we had was answered before we arrived in Delhi. The tour Taj Mahal & Agra with Rashid and tour in Jaipur with Viki (? Spelling) was really informative and they both definitely knew how to get you in ahead of the lines. Which was pretty amazing during the Diwali Festival week. We really loved these tours. A big Thank You to the best driver/ guide Manoj. Amazing driving…long drive doing the triangle tour, and he was accommodating to our time and requests. Even stopped by to feed the monkeys along the roads because Husband was so fascinated by the monkeys. 😀I would definitely recommend this company. We enjoyed our tour thoroughly.
